Hello again. I finally created another version of comic in ToonDoo which incorporates the Copyright and Fair Use Guidelines. I decided to take a different approach and integrate celebrities quoting the guidelines that pertain to them. For example, illustrations and photographs may not be used more than 5 times by a single artist or 15 times in a collection from a photographer. Also, to be sure you are safe, always get permission.
